You can change your YouTrip app PIN at any time directly in the app. Here are two easy ways to do it:
Option 1: If you’ve forgotten your PIN
- Open the YouTrip app.
- On the Unlock YouTrip page, tap 'Forgot?'
- A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
- Tap the link and enter your new App PIN, then confirm it.
You’re all set!
Option 2: If you know your current PIN
- Open the YouTrip app.
- Tap 'More' at the bottom of the screen.
- Under the Security section, select 'Change App PIN'
- Enter your current PIN, then set a new one.
