YouTrip automatically deducts your payment from the wallet that matches the merchant’s local currency.
If the local currency is one of the 10 wallet currencies, the amount will be deducted directly from that wallet using the locked-in rate from your earlier conversion.
If the selected currency wallet has insufficient balance, deductions will be made from your other wallets in this order:
AUD
USD
EUR
GBP
JPY
NZD
SGD
CAD
HKD
CHF
For all other 150+ currencies, YouTrip will process the payment using the Mastercard Wholesale Exchange Rate at the time the transaction is settled, usually within 1–2 days, or up to 8 days after your purchase.
