For the 10 wallet currencies available for in-app exchange :
- Your exchange rate is locked in immediately once you’ve completed the conversion or made a purchase. This rate will not change.
- If you’d like clarification on a past conversion, please contact us at customer.au@you.co for assistance.
For the remaining 150+ currencies :
- The app shows an indicative Mastercard Wholesale Exchange Rate at the time of purchase. The final rate is confirmed by Mastercard when the transaction is settled, usually within 1–2 days, or up to 8 days after the purchase.
Because of normal market movements, you might see a slight difference between the indicative rate displayed in the app and the final rate applied to your transaction.
