You can activate your YouTrip card in just a few easy steps right from your app.
You have two ways to start the activation:
Option 1:
On your app homepage, tap the banner that says “Your Card Is On Its Way.”
Option 2:
Open the YouTrip app and tap Cards at the bottom of the navigation bar.
On the Cards page, select “My card has arrived.”
Then follow these steps:
1. Enter your 10-digit Y-Number (found at the back of your physical card).
2. Check your registered email inbox for a verification email and click 'Activate Now'.
3. Set a 6-digit card PIN, which you’ll use for ATM withdrawals and in-store payments.
And you're done! Make a top-up and start paying with your YouTrip card!
