If your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet shows your YouTrip card as unusable, here are the most common reasons:
Your card is locked
- Open the YouTrip app and tap the ‘Cards’ icon on the homepage.
- If your card is locked, it will not work on Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- Any payments made through your digital wallet will be declined until the card is unlocked.
Your card is suspended
- Check your email for a notification from YouTrip.
- Cards may be suspended for reasons such as a user request or a security concern.
- When your card is suspended, it will also be unavailable on Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Your card is still not usable, despite being unlocked and active
- If your card appears active in the app, remove the card from your digital wallet and add it again.
- Your device may have encountered a temporary technical issue.
If you still face issues after trying these steps, please contact us at customer.au@you.co and we’ll be happy to assist.
