You can top up your YouTrip wallet anytime using an Australia-issued Mastercard or Visa debit/credit card, Apple Pay, or via bank transfer.
Method 1 : Top Up Via Australia-issued Mastercard or Visa debit or credit card or via Apple Pay
It only takes a few seconds, and your funds will appear instantly
Here’s how:
Tap 'Top Up' on your home screen.
Tap 'Change' to choose between 'Use a Visa / Mastercard' or 'Top Up with Apple Pay'
Enter your card details.
Once your card is successfully added, enter the amount you want to top up.
Slide right on 'Slide to Confirm'
Done! Your funds will be added to your YouTrip wallet immediately.
Important note:
When topping up using a credit card, some issuing banks may treat the transaction as a cash advance and apply additional fees or interest. These charges are set by the bank and are not imposed by YouTrip.

Method 2 : Top Up via Bank Transfer
Bank Top-Up allows you to add money to your YouTrip account using:
- Bank Account
- PayID
Here’s how:
Top Up via PayID
- Tap 'Top Up' on your home screen.
- Tap 'Change' to choose 'PayID'
- Open your bank app and make a PayID payment using the PayID displayed on your YouTrip app.
- Done! Your funds will be added to your YouTrip wallet immediately.
Top Up via Bank Account
- Tap 'Top Up' on your home screen.
- Tap 'Change' to choose 'Bank Account'
- Open your bank app and make a transfer using the payee details displayed on your YouTrip app.
- Done! Your funds will be added to your YouTrip wallet immediately.
