If you’ve been logged out or reinstalled the YouTrip app, you can regain access easily using SMS verification or your registered email address.
Log in with SMS Verification Code
1) Enter 'Australia' for Where are you based
2) Open your YouTrip app and click on 'Get Started'
3) Enter your mobile number registered with your YouTrip Account
4) Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your registered mobile number
5) Enter your App PIN to log in to your account
Log in with your registered email address
1) Enter 'Australia' for Where are you based
2) Open your YouTrip app and click on 'Get Started'
3) Enter your mobile number registered with your YouTrip card
4) Click on 'Verify via email instead'
5) Open the verification email from YouTrip and click on 'Log In'. Check your spam folder as well.
6) Enter your App PIN to log in to your account
Important: When logging in via email, keep your YouTrip app open in the background, closing it will interrupt the verification process.
