If your transfer isn’t going through on YouTrip Send, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The receiver has reached their annual transfer limit
There’s an annual transaction limit of AUD 1,000,000 per calendar year. If your transfer would cause the receiver to exceed this limit, it will be automatically declined.
- The receiver’s account isn’t eligible for transfers
If the receiver’s account has been temporarily suspended, they won’t be able to receive funds until their account is reactivated.
- The receiver’s phone number doesn’t match their YouTrip account
If the receiver has changed their phone number or registered a different number with YouTrip, you may not be able to find them in your contact list.
Double-check the phone number linked to their YouTrip account and use that number to resend the transfer.
