How do I update my residential address?

You can update your residential address anytime directly in the YouTrip app.

Here’s how:

1. Open the app and tap More at the bottom-right corner of the homepage.

2. Go to Personal Information.

3. Tap Residential Address to edit your details.

4. Submit Your New Address:

• Enter your postal code: Ensure it is a valid Australia-registered 4-digit postal code.
• Enter your unit number: Input ‘-’ if the unit number is not applicable (for residents living in landed properties).
• Enter your address in the following format:
  • Flat / Unit / Apartment Number
  • Street
  • Postal Code
  • Suburb
  • State

Once submitted, your new address will be updated in your account records.
