You can update your residential address anytime directly in the YouTrip app.
Here’s how:
Open the app and tap More at the bottom-right corner of the homepage.
Go to Personal Information.
Tap Residential Address to edit your details.
Submit Your New Address:
- Enter your postal code: Ensure it is a valid Australia-registered 4-digit postal code.
- Enter your unit number: Input ‘-’ if the unit number is not applicable (for residents living in landed properties).
- Enter your address in the following format:
- Flat / Unit / Apartment Number
- Street
- Postal Code
- Suburb
- State
Once submitted, your new address will be updated in your account records.
